I can feel the salt water splashing my face. I can hear the thunder roar and the rain falling on the water.

Random things i have learned from my dad.

Hey persons!!! So i found some of the completely out of the blue things my dad has taught me. So here they are.

I ate a giant apple for breakfast!

Hey there my fellow people! OK so for breakfast to day i ate a GIANT apple!!! it was huge!!! And really good. OK I need all my followers to stay tuned because I have a surprise book review coming up soon!!! You will never guess what book it is. and it is not one you have suggested. Mm k. I want to go draw. talk to you soon!!!

Tom Fong : Art report

 Tom Fong, A native of California, Is a Water coloringartist. He was born at the beginning of the great depuration (1926). His familydid well during that time. 

 Hegraduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degreein science witch would sound weird since he grew up to be a painter. 

  

 When Fong paints he paints with a free andbold style, but his style has also been described as fast and spontaneous (Thatis one of the things I like about his work.). It is also said he is Quick andthat he “attacks” the paper. He uses wide brushes and lots of light colors. Hispaintings display the colorful chaos of life. I never knew chaos could be colorful.

 Fonghad an older brother named Art. Ok that has almost nothing to do with Tom but Ithink it’s funny That his older brother’s name is Art. Art grew up to be anelectronic engineer.

 Fongwas taught watercolor by a lot of people. He was taught by James Couper Wright,Robert J. Uecker, and many more.

 Some of his art is Autumntrees. More of his art is Flowers and Valley of light. Those are just myfavorite pieces.

 TomFong said people always asked him why he painted. “I answered simply,” He said“I paint because I brings me joy.”

  

 Fong is a member of Watercolor West. I don’tknow what it really is but he was president for two years! 2003 and 2004. His paintingshave shown up in a lot of places like Splash 6, The Artist’s Magazine, AmericanArtist, Watercolor, and Watercolor Magic. I personally have never heard of anyof those but he was in them so…yeah. Fong sometimes judges at art shows. Don’tknow which ones. He also gives watercolor demonstrations and workshops. I triedto figure out how and where he did them but then Firefox crashed so never mind. 

 Ithink Fong is a really cool artist.
